Who we are
This site is run by Aleks Iankoulov, Mortgage Broker with Mortgage Alliance, Brokerage Licence #10530 (Ontario). Aleks is responsible for the information you send through it.
What we collect
When you complete the questionnaire we collect your answers (for example, a rough home value, mortgage balance, the debts you would like to consolidate and how you describe your credit) and the contact details you give us: first name, phone number, email address and, if you choose, the best time to call.
We also record which page you were on and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign information attached to that link. We do not collect your Social Insurance Number, bank details or credit file through this site.
How we use it
Your information is used to contact you about your mortgage options and to work out which lenders may suit your situation. It is delivered by email to Aleks Iankoulov and kept in a private lead spreadsheet. We do not sell your information.
Completing the questionnaire is not a mortgage application and does not involve a credit check. A credit check only happens later, with your separate consent, if you decide to apply.
Who it is shared with
Your information stays with Aleks Iankoulov at Mortgage Alliance. If you decide to apply for a mortgage, it is shared with lenders only with your consent. We use service providers to run this site and deliver email, and they handle the information only on our behalf.
If you book a call, the calendar is provided by Calendly, which receives the name and email you book with. This site uses the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag to measure our advertising and how the site is used. They use cookies to record visits and actions such as starting or completing the questionnaire, booking a call or tapping to call. They do not receive your answers or your contact details.
Your choices
